A better approach is citing personal experience and explaining how you've navigated trade-offs in practice.
Impact Narratives: Making Non-Technical Interviewers Understand

Common Pitfalls
Excessive humility: "It was really the whole team's contribution" sounds gracious, but interviewers need to know what you specifically did. You can acknowledge team contributions but must clearly state your personal actions.
Too many technical details: The interviewer asks "how do you handle team conflicts" and you spend five minutes explaining model architecture. Behavioral interviews test soft skills; technical details are just context.
No quantified results: "Performance improved a lot" isn't a good answer. If you genuinely can't remember exact numbers, at least give an order of magnitude ("roughly 20-30% improvement").
Only successes, no failures: Interviewers will definitely ask about failure. If you say "I can't think of a failure," they'll conclude you either lack sufficient experience or lack self-reflection.
Ignoring AI-specific ethics questions: If an interviewer asks about AI bias and you answer "I haven't thought about it," at AI-native companies this is nearly an automatic rejection. Even if your daily work doesn't directly involve fairness, you should have a basic understanding and position.
