What the company does
Enhans builds an operating system for enterprise agentic AI — it positions itself as the execution layer connecting AI models to a company's real-world systems, so agents don't just answer questions but actually finish the work inside SAP, ERP, and CRM.
Its core product, AgentOS, uses an ontology to structure the data and business rules scattered across enterprise systems, giving AI agents the context to make decisions and carry out work against that structure. The architecture is deliberately model-agnostic, so a company keeps control of its data and AI decision-making instead of locking into a single model vendor. Its Computer Use agent, ACT-2, operates real websites and software the way a human user would, and ranked second globally on Online-Mind2Web — a benchmark released in August 2026 that measures how well agents complete tasks on live websites.
AgentOS already runs in production across manufacturing, finance, retail, healthcare, defense, and the public sector, with customers inside the POSCO, LG, and Lotte groups. What makes this round notable is that investment arms from those same three groups joined as strategic investors for the first time — not just as customers. Enhans is also part of the Microsoft for Startups Pegasus Program and the Microsoft AI Startup Alliance.
What this round signals
What it means for the agent ecosystem
The new capital goes toward three things: expanding the data, process, and execution infrastructure behind AgentOS; building "Industry Packs" that encode sector-specific data structures and business rules directly into the product; and strengthening the security and governance capabilities regulated-industry customers need, alongside international hiring. That's a shift from custom deployments for individual conglomerate customers toward a standardized operating system that can be replicated across industries and countries.
What investors are betting on
Stonebridge Ventures Managing Director Youngdon Song put it plainly: "Enterprise AI is at a turning point, moving from systems that only produce answers to agents that carry out the work." But the real signal is the participation of POSCO Investment, LG CNS, and Lotte Ventures — the investment arms of Enhans's own customer groups. This is the first time Enhans has taken strategic capital from the conglomerates its customers belong to, turning a vendor relationship into an equity relationship. That's a harder commitment to earn than a purely financial investor's backing, because it means these conglomerates judged Enhans's technology worth a long-term strategic tie, not just a one-off procurement contract.
Numbers worth watching
- Total funding stands at $60M, with this single Series C round ($38M) exceeding the combined total of every prior round — a clear acceleration in investor conviction
- The previous Series B closed in January 2025, followed by a NAVER Ventures strategic investment in April 2026, and now this Series C in September 2026 — three distinct funding events in under a year and a half, a notably tight cadence
- ACT-2 ranked second globally on Online-Mind2Web, making it one of the few enterprise Computer Use agents with a public, third-party benchmark result to point to
Watchlist status
Enhans is not yet tracked in the watchlist. Recommend adding it under section D10 (Enterprise AI Platforms), alongside Moveworks, Glean, ServiceNow, and UiPath, with tracking focus on: the ontology-driven AgentOS operating-system layer, and the execution capability of its Computer Use agent, ACT-2, inside real enterprise systems.
Today's takeaway
It's easy to write off "customers joining the round" as a PR line, but Enhans's Series C is a reminder to look closer: when the investment arms of POSCO, LG, and Lotte choose equity — not just a purchase order — to tie themselves to an agent startup, that's not simply "this product works well." It means these conglomerates have decided the operating-system layer for enterprise agent adoption is itself a strategic asset worth staking out early — the same way no enterprise ever treated its ERP vendor as a mere software purchase.
