聖維托洛卡波（San Vito lo Capo）是西西里島西北角特拉帕尼（Trapani）省的海邊小鎮，鎮西是一整排面海的石灰岩崖。theCrag 在這區登錄 1,306 條路線，開頭寫它是「by far the most popular climbing area in Sicily」；西西里官方旅遊網站 VisitSicily 稱它是「Sicily's sport climbing capital」。
這篇整理去之前要決定的事：適不適合自己、哪幾個月去、沒開車怎麼到、住哪裡最省事、有哪些在地規矩。義大利各岩場的季節與地區比較見系列總覽；同樣適合冬天去的海島石灰岩，還有薩丁尼亞的 Cala Gonone。
這是什麼樣的岩場
岩質。 theCrag 的描述是「limestone in all shapes and forms」：大型外傾牆、slab、洞穴、鐘乳石柱（tufa）、大把手和小點都有。Climb Europe 寫主牆的岩質是「good quality limestone and marble」的混合。
風格。 theCrag 寫「Majority is single pitch sport climbing」，路線普遍打得很好，過去品質有問題的路線「nearly all have been rebolted」。想爬傳統攀登或超過 100 公尺的長路線，要去鎮東的蒙特莫納科山（Monte Monaco）。
規模。 各來源的數字算法不同（2026-10-18 查詢）：

子區。 theCrag 把岩場分成幾塊，Climb Europe 補了各區的特色：

適合誰。 主牆從 2 級到 9 級都有，6c+ 以下就有七百多條，Climb Europe 寫「most of these routes are in the easy to mid-grade range」。只帶快扣、想在海邊一天換好幾個區爬單段的人，這裡的選擇最多；想爬長路線就把 Monte Monaco 排進去。
什麼季節去

朝向決定冷熱。 Climb Europe 寫多數岩區朝南、朝西；Monte Monaco 一帶有不少朝東的岩壁，「perfect for hot sunny days」，除了盛夏，其他月份幾乎都爬得到。theCrag 的路線頁會標日照，例如 Soundgarden 標「Afternoon sun West」。
天氣每天不同。 theCrag 提醒季節內的條件「vary day to day」：有時潮濕、有時下雨，有些日子風大到難以攀爬。
營地淡季。 El Bahira 營地官網寫營地「aperto tutto l'anno」（全年開放），但酒吧、餐廳、超市、披薩店、泳池「saranno chiusi da Novembre a Marzo」（11 月到 3 月關閉）。這段時間剛好是攀岩旺季。

theCrag 寫最近的機場是巴勒摩與特拉帕尼，「best way is to rent car, although buses also exist」。
大眾運輸
西西里西部觀光局 West of Sicily 的巴士頁整理了兩條線：
- 特拉帕尼方向： AST 往返聖維托與特拉帕尼港，頁面寫單程 €4、來回 €7.50、約 1 小時 30 分、每天 8–10 班。從特拉帕尼機場到特拉帕尼港另有 AST 巴士，€4.90、約 20 分、每小時一班。
- 巴勒摩方向： Autoservizi Russo 往返巴勒摩，頁面寫 €9.40、2–3 小時、每天 1–2 班。Russo 官網的目的地頁列了巴勒摩、巴勒摩機場與聖維托。
頁面寫鎮上的巴士站在海灘附近的 Via Piersanti Mattarella。West of Sicily 的頁面沒有標更新日期，票價與班次以 AST、Russo 官網當季時刻表為準。Wikivoyage 寫聖維托沒有火車站，最近的車站在約 40 公里外的特拉帕尼。
到了鎮上還沒結束：Mountain Project 的區域說明提醒，營地在海崖下方、鎮在崖頂上方，走路進鎮要繞過整片海崖，「it'd be a few miles」。作者印象中營地沒有地方採買；El Bahira 官網列有超市，但 11 月到 3 月不開。theCrag 寫 El Bahira 可以租腳踏車。
開車
Wikivoyage 的路線：巴勒摩—特拉帕尼高速公路（A29）在 Castellammare del Golfo 交流道下，接 SS187 往聖維托。辛加羅自然保護區（Riserva dello Zingaro）的交通頁也是走 SS187 到聖維托岔路，保護區北入口在鎮外約 12 公里，休息日可以去健行。
Mountain Project 那段說明的作者從巴勒摩租車開到營地，寫約 1.5 小時，並建議租車，理由是採買與往返鎮上。
停車
查到的來源沒有寫岩場專用停車場的規定。Wikivoyage 提醒夏天鎮中心停車位有限，開車的人常停在中心外圍的付費停車場；住 El Bahira 的話，theCrag 寫多數岩區可以直接從營地走過去。
去之前要知道的規範
不准開新路線。 theCrag 的 Ethic 欄寫「As of 2020 it's forbidden to bolt new routes as re-bolting is still the main focus」，這條規範也掛在每條路線頁上。
跨牛欄要小心。 theCrag 的 Access issues 只有一條：去部分岩區要跨過放牛用的圍欄，「be careful to not damage the fences」。
繩長與快扣。 兩個來源的建議差不多：

住宿。 theCrag 寫 El Bahira「is right under the main cliff」，攀岩季對攀岩者有折扣，搭帳篷可以用廚房、淋浴與廁所。Climb Europe 寫營地在 Salinella 上方，「the first routes being only a 1-minute walk away」。Mountain Project 提到有些路線就在營地土地上，營地還打了夜間照明。鎮上與南邊的 Castelluzzo 也有民宿。
依程度挑路線
YDS／V 級換算照 Mountain Project 國際難度對照表，只是近似值；標「約」的是來源只寫 4、5+ 這類不分 abc 的級數。難度以原始級數為準。
Climb Europe 寫主牆 Salinella 九百多條單段、F2a 到 F9a，其中七百多條在 6c+ 以下。theCrag 的 Salinella 頁寫路線多在 15–30 公尺、簡單與中級的路線很多，但很多路線的難度「seems to be a tad soft」（給得偏鬆）。
以下的子區名稱照 thetopo（S.V. Climbing）的 Salinella 北段路線表與 RockAroundTheWorld 2025 年的岩場紀錄。「評分」是 thetopo 上的使用者平均評分。
入門：6a 以下（YDS 5.10a 以下）
sanvitoweb 寫 Cala Mancina 小海灘再過去的 The Zoo「bolted primarily for beginner climbers」，簡單 slab 很集中；營地旁的 Salinella 區也常有帶小孩的家庭。RockAroundTheWorld 則提醒 The Zoo 的路線「surprisingly upright for the grade」（比難度看起來陡）。

Climb Europe 寫 Castelluzzo（Macari）與 Custonaci（Scurati）的路線比較難，多在 7a 以上、以 tufa 為主；sanvitoweb 寫 Monte Monaco 的 Cattedrale nel deserto「decidedly more challenging」，朝東北，幾乎整天背陰。
