菲納萊利古雷（Finale Ligure）在義大利西北的利古里亞大區（Liguria），熱那亞（Genova）與法國邊界之間的海岸上。小鎮背後一層層石灰岩台地的邊緣都是岩壁，從海邊一路分布到內陸山谷。在地推廣單位 Finale Outdoor Region 的說法是：「Finale Ligure, with its almost 4000 routes, is one of the main climbing spots not only in Italy but in Europe」。
這篇整理去之前要決定的事：適不適合自己、哪幾個月去、怎麼到、車停哪裡，以及哪些岩壁現在不能爬。
這是什麼樣的岩場
岩質與風格。 theCrag 標「Mostly Sport climbing」、岩質「Limestone」，描述是「From Vado to Finale Ligure there is an enormous amount of crags and routes for any difficulty - mainly sport」。Finale Outdoor Region 寫路線從入門到高手都有，單段、多段（multi-pitch）都有，也有長路線，例如被稱為 Finale「big wall」的 Bric Pianarella。

theCrag 把整區拆成十一個子區，路線最多的幾區是 Valle Aquila（667 條）、Rocca di Perti（525 條）、Rocca Carpanea / Monte Sordo（517 條）、Boragni / Valle di Nava（371 條）、Monte Cucco（315 條）。
歷史。 italia.it 寫「The first routes were established in 1968 by the brothers Gianluigi and Eugenio Vaccari」。Planetmountain 記錄的海崖路線 Dancing Dalle（7a）是「the historic climb first freed by Patrick Berhault and the first 7a sports climb at Finale」。
經典路線會滑。 theCrag 直接寫「Popular routes are more or less polished」。Finale Outdoor Region 的岩區頁也常這樣標，例如 Rocca di Perti 的 Placca dell'Oasi「is now rather polished」、Monte Cucco 的 Anfiteatro「unfortunately the rock is now polished」。
適合誰。 只帶一條繩和快扣就能待上好幾週的運攀者。路線數量大、難度跨度寬，同一天可以從海邊岩區換到內陸森林裡的岩區；想爬多段的人有 Bric Pianarella 這種兩、三百公尺的路線。同在利古里亞、靠 La Spezia 那一端的海崖岩場見 Muzzerone。

夏天找陰面。 Finale Outdoor Region 的岩區頁會標方位與適合季節。例如 Monte Cucco 的 Canyon（5b–8a）「one of the few that can be visited in the summer. It remains shady and breezy」；Rocca di Perti 的 Grotto di Perti（6c–8c+、北向）「particularly suitable for the hottest months」。
下雨。 每個岩區頁都有「Possible when raining」一欄。Grotto di Perti 標 yes：「due to the angle of the wall, you can climb here on raining days」。
繁殖期。 1 月 1 日到 7 月 31 日有季節性禁攀岩區（見下方規範），春天去要先避開。

大眾運輸
Finale Ligure 的官方旅遊網站 Visit Finale Ligure 寫車站在「Genoa-Ventimiglia」線上，「All trains have a stop at Finale Ligure station」。公車列了 TPL Linea 的「Line 40 Andora-Savona」與「line 40/ Finalborgo-Savona」。
到內陸岩區，Ecopoint Climbing 的做法是在 Finale Ligure Marina 站前搭往 Feglino 方向的公車，經 Finalborgo 到 Feglino。下車後走約 2 公里、爬升約 150 公尺，就到 Monte Cucco 下方的營地 BaseCamp Cucco。營地附近 12 個岩區、近 300 條路線都能走路到。公車票上車買即可。其他岩區的公車路線要查 TPL Linea 當期時刻表。
最近的機場，Visit Finale Ligure 寫熱那亞 Cristoforo Colombo 機場約 50 公里，從那裡可搭公車或火車；尼斯機場約 140 公里。
開車
Visit Finale Ligure：A10 高速公路在 Finale Ligure 下交流道。去 Bric Pianarella，Finale Outdoor Region 的岩區頁寫從 Feglino 交流道下。出交流道右轉往 Finale Ligure，約 2 公里後停在廢棄小教堂對面（Bric Pianarella Paretone）。
停車
這是 Finale 最常出問題的地方。Finale Outdoor Region 寫通往 Perti、Monte Sordo、Rocca di Corno、Boragni、Bric Reseghe 的道路都能開車。但路很窄，又要留給救護車通行，所以「parking is banned almost everywhere on these roads, as they are very narrow and the transit for emergency vehicles must always be guaranteed」：
- Perti 到 Pian Marino 的道路最後 3–5 公里有長度與重量限制，露營車、廂型車過不去。
- 往 Monte Sordo 的道路從 Piazza Martiri Perticesi 以後禁止停車，Calvisio Vecchia 路（Via Bedina 一帶）也禁停。
- 每個岩區頁有指定的停車點，出發前先看。
theCrag 也提醒步行時間會受「whether you find a parking spot on high season」影響。
去之前要知道的規範
猛禽繁殖禁攀。 Finale Outdoor Region 寫禁令從 1994 年開始，是攀岩者、WWF、LIPU 協議後由薩沃納省（Province of Savona）劃定，保護遊隼（Peregrine Falcon）與鵰鴞（Eagle Owl）的築巢地。分兩種：全年禁攀，以及每年 1 月 1 日到 7 月 31 日的季節禁攀。下表依 2025 年 1 月文章；2022 年文章的季節禁攀岩區相同，全年禁攀則列了 Rocce del Borgo、沒有 Caprazzoppa。

2025 年那篇最後寫：「For the complete list of routes in the Finale Outdoor Region, updates on bans, and the status of the crags, visit the LIVE INFO section」。出發前以 LIVE INFO 每個岩區當下的開放狀態為準。
禁止野營與車宿。 Finale Outdoor Region：「on the whole territory of the Municipality of Finale Ligure, outside the authorised areas, camping and overnight stays in vehicles is not permitted」。theCrag 也寫「Camping is allowed only on commercial camping sites」。
維護經費。 Finale Outdoor Region 推出 FOR YOU CARD，在合作店家消費時刷卡，店家撥一小部分金額做步道與岩場維護。這是自願購買，不是入場費；查到的來源都沒有要求攀岩登記或付費。
依程度挑路線
YDS／V 級換算照 Mountain Project 國際難度對照表，只是近似值；標「約」的是來源只寫 4、5+ 這類不分 abc 的級數。難度以原始級數為準。
下表合併 theCrag 依難度列的三星經典、Mountain Project 經典榜與 Finale Outdoor Region 岩區頁；子區欄寫「未標」的是 theCrag 經典表沒寫子區的路線。
入門：6a 以下（YDS 5.10a 以下）
Mountain Project 經典榜上 6a 以下的路線多在 Monte Cucco 的 Settore della Torre 與 Anfiteatro。

Via Lunga。 Finale Outdoor Region 的岩區頁列 320 公尺、13 段，最難一段 6a（第 12 段，外傾），其他多在 3c–5c。Bric Pianarella Paretone 的多段「on average 250 metres long and the bolting is overall good」。注意這條路線右側之後到 San Bernardino 是全年禁攀段。
中級：6a+ 到 6c+（YDS 5.10b–5.11c）
Mountain Project 經典榜上 6b–6c+ 的路線集中在 Rocca Carpanea 的 Grotta dell'Edera 與 Monte Cucco 的 Anfiteatro。

Monte Cucco Anfiteatro（當地人叫 Fenia）約 60 條，部分是多段，Finale Outdoor Region 點名「Waterfall, Turbo Diesel and Baci da Rio are well known and popular routes」，30 公尺的耐力路線，錨點間距比新岩區寬（Monte Cucco - Anfiteatro）。

Dancing Dalle。 在 Varigotti 再往東、Malpasso 隧道後的海崖下方，Planetmountain 的路線表寫「Alessandro Grillo - 1982. RP Patrick Berhault」，同一面海崖 10 條路線 5c–8a。Mountain Project 把它歸在 Capo Noli 底下；Finale Outdoor Region 的全年禁攀名單有 Scogliera di Capo Noli，出發前先查 LIVE INFO。
高手：8a 以上（YDS 5.13b 以上）
Finale Outdoor Region 寫 Monte Sordo 的 Alveare「featuring some of the hardest routes of the whole Finale area」，5c–8c+，幾乎全是外傾，朝西，下雨不能爬。Rocca di Perti 的 Grotto di Perti 是 6c–8c+，朝北，下雨也能爬。

- 指南書：路線難度與路線數主要來自 theCrag、Mountain Project 等線上資料庫，以指南書為準。
- 《Finale Climbing》（Marco Tomassini，Versante Sud，2022 年第 3 版，義、德、英文分冊，792 頁）：運攀與多段的完整版，iClimbing app 也有。UKC 寫第 3 版新增 21 個岩區，附空拍照、停車點 GPS 的 QR code 與所有接近路線的 GPS 軌跡。
- 《Finale 51》（Andrea Gallo，Idee Verticali，2019 年第 9 版，義、英、德三語，兩冊盒裝 752 頁）：近 200 個區段、約 4,000 條，附 Vertical-Life 數位版。Sestogrado 與 Hoepli 都標售完或出版社缺書。
- Finale Outdoor Region 把這兩本列為參考，寫兩本都能在 Infopoint Outdoor（Finale Outdoor Base）以及 Finalborgo、Finale 的戶外店與書店買到。Rockfax 沒有出 Finale 的書。
