我的口說練習區裡，旅遊情境原本有九句，全部是「這附近有什麼」和「怎麼到那裡」。之前幾批句子的做法是先想中文、再找字典確認句型。這次反過來：先讀英語教材，看它們在旅遊情境教什麼，再回頭看自己缺什麼。
我當時想說什麼
讀了七份來源後，旅遊情境教的功能大致有十一項。對照我原本的九句：

這個「幾份有教」只是這七份裡的數字。來源是我搜尋找到的，不是有系統的抽樣，所以不能說成多數教材都這樣教。
七份來源是：British Council 與英超合作的 Premier Skills English（餐廳、飯店、交通三課）、BBC Real Easy English 的機場一集、VOA Let's Learn English、美國國務院的 Dialogs for Everyday Use、Macmillan 的 onestopenglish、Oxford Online English、Espresso English。後兩個是商業教學網站，Oxford Online English 是一家語言學校，和牛津大學出版社無關。
在這個情境可以怎麼說
每一句都標了它是教材原句，還是依教材的句子改寫。
一、機場報到與轉機

報到櫃檯的問答，三份教材都有教，但教的是地勤那一方的問句：How many bags will you be checking in?（Oxford Online English）、Are you checking in any bags? 和 Would you like a window seat or an aisle seat?（onestopenglish）、How many bags can I check?（Espresso English）。前兩句卡片是旅客的回答，我依這些問句組出來的。
轉機那句最實用。Oxford Online English 的對話裡，旅客問 do I have to pick up my bag in Dubai?，地勤回答 No, your baggage is checked through to Paris。Espresso English 的說法是 Will my luggage go straight through, or do I need to pick it up in [Chicago]?。兩份教材都教這個問題，所以聽到 checked through 或 go straight through，意思都是行李直掛到目的地。
Is the flight on time? 是 Espresso English 的原句，它說明對方會回答 Yes 或 There's a 20-minute delay。這句只有這一份來源。
二、飯店入住與求助

入住的開場，British Council 的角色扮演是 We have a reservation for five nights（Premier Skills English: Hotels），Oxford Online English 是 I have a reservation; the name's Sarah Banks（Hotel English）。兩份都用 have a reservation。
房間出問題時，British Council 的說法是 I'm really sorry but I'm afraid there is a problem with my TV，Oxford Online English 教的是 There's an issue with the sink in the bathroom。兩個句型都可以，I'm afraid 讓語氣比較委婉。
a bite to eat 是口語，指簡單吃點東西，出自 British Council 同一課：Is there anywhere we could get a bite to eat?
三、點餐與付帳

I'll have 是這批句子裡依據最強的，三份教材都用它點餐：Espresso English 的 I'll have the chicken、VOA 第 23 課的 I'll have the shrimp（What Do You Want?）、美國國務院對話集的 I'll have tomato soup, roast beef, mashed potatoes and peas（Dialogs for Everyday Use）。British Council 的角色扮演則用 I'm going to have the moules frites（Premier Skills English: Restaurants）。
VOA 那一課還示範了東西賣完的情況。店員說 We're out of chicken，客人說 Oh, you're out of shrimp. Okay, I'll have the beef then. 句尾的 then 表示「那就改這個」。
問成分的句子出自 British Council 的角色扮演，一位吃全素的客人問 Is it vegan? Does it have any dairy products in it? 把 dairy products 換成自己不吃的東西就能用。
付帳的 Shall we split the bill? 也出自同一課，對方回答 No, don't worry. I'll get this. My treat. Oxford Online English 的對話是 shall we split it? 和 is service included?（Paying a Restaurant Bill）。
What does it come with? 出自 Oxford Online English 的點餐對話，服務生回答 You get chips and a salad（Ordering in a Restaurant）。
四、問方向與車資

美國國務院對話集的問路是 Excuse me. Could you tell me which way Dobson's bookstore is? 注意子句的語序是 the station is，不是 is the station。這份教材寫於 1972 年，我讀的是轉載版，不是官方 PDF。
British Council 交通那一課的角色扮演講到搭公車付現：the driver said they only accept the exact fare if you pay in cash. They don't give any change（Premier Skills English: Transport）。問句是我用 exact fare 組的。

仍待核對
- 攀岩裝備託運或隨身攜帶怎麼問：教材不教這個。美國 TSA 的運動器材表我只讀到前十列，還沒讀到攀岩裝備。
- 「不吃辣」「可以外帶嗎」「可以寄放行李嗎」：這次讀的教材裡沒有找到。
- 「一張兩人的桌子」：只在商業網站的句子清單裡看到，沒有採用。
- Is service included? 在英國以外是否適用：教材沒有寫，我在卡片上加的提醒是自己的補充。
- 哪一句比較常用：這需要語料庫查詢，這次沒有做。
整體來說
這批句子和之前最大的不同是依據的層級。十六句裡有九句是教材原句或只換一個字，其中 I'll have the… 在三份教材出現，have a reservation、split the bill、轉機領行李的問法各在兩份教材出現。最值得先練的是點餐那六句和轉機那一句，因為每趟行程都會用到。
限制也要說清楚：七份來源是搜尋找到的，偏英國機構；有三句只有一份來源，而且是商業教學網站；多數頁面我讀的是相關段落，不是整個網站。沒有母語者測試，也沒有頻率比較。
